District Court, Ludhiana (Punjab) has invited offline applications from suitable and eligible candidates with having requisite qualification and age group for filling up 63 vacant posts of Clerks in Ludhiana Sessions Division. Interested Candidates may apply offline only in given prescribed format of application form available through the below given link on this page. Category Wise Vacancy Reservation Status –
Note – (I) The above mentioned reservation roster will be observed, provided that where no candidate of reserved category is available, then appointment shall be made from general category. in case the sufficient / required number of candidates are not available in any of the respective reserved category, then the vacancies left unfilled in such reserved category may be filled by this office from amongst the candidates available in unreserved category. subject to their availability.
Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories (BC/OBC/EXSM/ST/SC/PWD) of Punjab Domicile as per Punjab State government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificates at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the District Court, Ludhiana .
Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories of Punjab State as per Punjab State government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

Note – The applicant shall bring their original testimonials at the time of written examination. The Candidates are required to bring at least one photo ID Proof on the day of test. No Separate call letters for the written examination/ computer proficiency test shall be sent to the applicants.
Exam Pattern –
Candidates shall have to take a written examination in the following subjects –
